1. Returns
You may return eligible items for a full refund or store credit, provided that the return is initiated within 48 hours of delivery and meets our returns policy conditions. Returns initiated after this period may be denied.
Eligible items for return: Only garments with a distinct, irreparable, or irreplaceable manufacturing defect upon delivery that are unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged, with no smells or makeup marks, and with the original tags intact, will be considered eligible for return. Please handle the garments with care when trying them on, as items with makeup or other markings/stains/smells, or without tags, will not be accepted.
Note: All our shipments are handled by our shipping partner, Shiprocket, under their applicable terms and conditions.
2. Exchange
You may exchange eligible garments within 48 hours of delivery, provided they are in their original state: unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, undamaged, with no smells or makeup marks, and with the original tags intact. Any garment not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for exchange. Due to limited stock, if we cannot provide the same product in the desired size or color, you may choose another product of equivalent or greater value (with additional payment required).
NO EXCHANGE OR RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
We do not provide an exchange or return on products purchased during any sale. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
3. Manufacturing Defect
A refund will be issued for items with a distinct, irreparable, or irreplaceable manufacturing fault upon delivery. All garments are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you suspect a fault, contact customer care immediately. If we cannot repair or replace the faulty item, you will be refunded the total purchase amount.
4. Pick-up for Returns and Exchanges
We offer free pick-up service for all items requested for return or exchange for your convenience.
5. Security Precautions
Our website has stringent security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Once in our possession, we adhere to strict security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access.
6. Need to Exchange or Return an Item?
To exchange or return an eligible item, visit our Returns Portal. Ensure you meet all the exchange and return policy requirements before initiating a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges not meeting our policy requirements may be denied.
EXCEPTIONS
- Accessories such as hijab pins cannot be exchanged or returned.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- If you choose to exchange an item for a different size of the same style within the specified period and conditions, you will receive a replacement free of cost.
- If you exchange an item for another item of the same or different value, any differences in value will be charged or refunded to you as applicable.
- The net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) for the original item will be considered to calculate the difference for exchange.
- Refunds for exchanges will be processed after the original item is successfully picked up.
Please Note: The Kiswa is not liable for any damage caused to your garments by third-party dry-cleaning companies. We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances. Follow our social media channels for exclusive discounts and stock updates.
