1. Shipping Status
We strive to dispatch your orders promptly every day! To ensure quicker delivery, please place your orders before 2 PM on any business day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on the following business day. Kindly ensure you provide your full name, including first and last name, at checkout to prevent any postal delays. Please be aware that during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delays in shipping out your orders.
2. Delivery Time
Once a package has left our warehouse, we have limited control over it. Please note that the delivery times provided are only estimates. The Kiswa is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, particularly during high-volume periods. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
If you are not available to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave it. If not, a parcel card will be left in your letterbox with instructions on arranging redelivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office. The Kiswa is not liable for missing parcels due to errors by the customer or the carrier.
3. Delivery Delays
During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation for any unexpected delays in delivery once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. These delays are beyond our control. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, please contact the courier directly.
4. Taxes & Duties
Please note that taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. The prices within our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies before placing an order. The Kiswa is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order requires these additional charges, they must be paid by you to clear customs. Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny the release of your package and, in rare cases, they may delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be returned to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
5. Home Delivery
Standard Delivery: The shipping fee is calculated at the time of checkout based on the delivery address’s pincode. It is FREE for orders over ₹2,000. An additional charge of INR 50/- is applicable on COD (Cash on Delivery) orders. The estimated delivery time will be between 2-8 working days, depending on the delivery address.
